Thomas began playing acoustic guitar at 12 and, under the tutelage of Yoshiharu Izutsu, absorbed influences from swing, bebop, and French jazz. As a member of the Steve Appleton Japan Band, he has toured with visiting artists and performed on major stages such as Summer Sonic, Music Station, Music Japan, and Music Fair. Today, through his performances at luxury brand parties and high-end hotels, Thomas captivates audiences with his unique, simple, and expressive sound.
