Mike has built an international career, performing in Sydney, Tokyo, China, the U.S., and other parts of the world in genres ranging from rock, pop, jazz, and R&B to film music. Based in Tokyo, he has collaborated with top artists both in Japan and abroad, establishing himself as a leading drummer known for his outstanding technique and groove. His diverse performance portfolio includes collaborations with artists such as Momoiro Clover Z, SMAP, Toshihide Baba, Seiko Nishima, Takeyoshi Sato, Kiyotaka Sugiyama, Shozo Ise, KAN, and Kaname Nemoto (Stardust Review). He has also appeared at major festivals including Summer Sonic, Sweet Love Shower, and WANIMA Festival. Since 2006, Mike has been the tour drummer for SEKAI NO OWARI, maintaining a dominant presence on tours in Japan and overseas.
