PROFILE

Zana spent his childhood in Japan and later graduated from high school in Iran. In 2019, he returned to Japan to study at a Japanese language school before enrolling in the Faculty of International Relations at Shizuoka Prefectural University. During his undergraduate studies, he focused on international politics and public policy while actively participating in activities that foster cross-cultural understanding. He was also a member of the photography club, serving as its president, which gave him valuable experience in organizational leadership.

Through Japanese friends, he discovered Japanese rap music and began performing original songs with self-written lyrics. He performed at music bars and international events in Shizuoka City and appeared twice as a guest on local radio programs in 2023 and 2024. In these appearances, he shared his perspectives on life and culture in Japan as an international student and introduced his music activities.

Starting in April 2025, he will begin graduate studies at the Graduate School of International Public Policy in Tokyo, where he aims to further specialize in international relations and conduct research that contributes to solving global challenges.

As a trilingual speaker of Persian (native), English (fluent), and Japanese (JLPT N1), he possesses strong intercultural communication skills. Through his experience teaching English conversation to children, he has contributed to language education and the promotion of multicultural understanding.

His hobbies include soccer, swimming, and fitness, and he holds a TRX Instructor certification. By balancing academic research with practical, hands-on activities, he strives to offer fresh perspectives to the next generation of the international community.
