Fredric won a gold medal for jazz piano at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Lyon and made an early mark by winning the Burgundy Jazz Competition. He recorded and performed live with the electronic music group “Monsieur Charles” and shared the stage with renowned French jazz artists such as François Théberge, Lionel Belmondo, Tony Pagano, and Eric Prost. Since moving to Japan, Fredric has been active across diverse fields—including live performances, festivals, TV commercials, and educational projects—collaborating in genres like jazz, chanson, bossa nova, and electronica. He has worked with artists such as Clemontine, Catia Werneck, Ice Sarranyou, and Karen Aoki, and frequently appears at events sponsored by global luxury brands and high-tech companies. Additionally, he produces the opening and closing music for NHK’s educational TV program “French Conversation,” showcasing his versatile talent.
